The City of South Bend is excited to offer residents an easy and convenient method to view and pay their Water Bill, Dog License and Building Permits bills online.
This is a fee based service. A service fee of $3.95 will be applied to all WATER credit card transactions and $.95 for all ACH (electronic check) transactions.
If for any reason an electronic check (ACH/EFT) gets rejected a $25.00 fee will charged for any ACH rejects.
